1. Who Qualifies For Mainland UK Free Shipping?

All domestic purchases qualify for FREE SHIPPING (Mainland UK. Below Chargeable Regions do not qualify for free shipping).

2. Are Your Order's Sent By Secure Delivery?

Higher value items will be sent via a signature required service . If no one is available to sign for your order at the address provided the Courier may leave with a Neighbour.

If this is not suitable then this must be communicated to us at the time of ordering via the comments section of your order.


3. How Long Will My Order Take?

Our typical handling times are Three to Five working days. (+ courier delivery).

Please note: some items may have a longer delivery time as they are special order item's we order from the supplier.

Therefore should your order be time sensitive please contact us : for a delivery estimate.

Please note that Bank Holidays/ Christmas Holiday's will increase delivery time's please check in advance of ordering.

Once your order ships you will receive an email.

You can then expect your order to be delivered the next working day for Mainland UK Deliveries or within 3-4 days for all other delivery area's. 

4. Can You Ship To Mainland Europe (inc Rep of Ireland)

We have a vast experience of shipping to mainland Europe. All overseas orders will be shipped by Interlink Express International. All orders are sent by a trackable, signature required service, Courier delivery times vary between two to seven days dependent upon location.

Our typical handling times are one to three working days.

Occasionally we may have an especially high stock intake or some items may be on back order with a supplier so delivery may take longer. Should your order be time sensitive please email for confirmation prior to purchase.

All Mainland Europe Orders a charged a flat rate fee regardless of size of £25.00.

If no one is available to sign for your order at the address provided the Couier may leave with a Neighbour.

Returns & Replacements

We want you to be delighted with your purchase.

Goods may be returned for a full refund (excluding your original postage charge) as long as they are in a new and unused condition (with labels and packaging) within 14 days of you receiving the order.

Simply email and we will email back a returns form with all the info you need. 


The responsibility of the goods remains yours until the goods have been delivered, checked and signed for by a member of our staff. The cost for the return of the product(s) is the responsibility of the customer.

Please Note: We endeavour to refund/replace returned orders as swiftly as possible. However during busier period's this can take up to 14 days.


The easiest and quickest way to exchange your goods for a different size/colour is to return the incorrect item for a refund and re-order the replacement via our website. The returned item must be in a new and unused condition (with labels and packaging). The postage for the returned item and the replacement is down to the customer.

Received an incorrect order?

Any discrepencies/damaged/disputed items must be notified to us by email within 24 hrs of the customer receiving their order. After this period any discrepencies/damaged/disputed items will be invalid.

Acceptance of Order

The acceptance of an order occurs at the point of dispatch of goods and not before. We reserve the right to cancel the order up to this point.

At the point of dispatch we will share your personal delivery information which is required in order to ship your goods by our couriers.
